Manufacturing Process Overview

This blade insert was produced via MIM (Metal Injection Molding), followed by heat treatment and surface grinding to ensure sharpness and long-term wear resistance.

Injection Molding → Debinding → Sintering → Heat Treatment → Grinding → Inspection

The process is tailored for precise edge formation and durability in manual tool operation.

Applications

  • Crimping Tool Inserts
  • Wire Stripper Blades
  • Multi-functional Hand Tools
  • Electrical and Telecom Tooling Components
