Typical values based on ISDN’s internal process parameters using MIM-grade 316L feedstock.

Manufacturing Process Overview

This part was manufactured through a full MIM process with surface finishing and marking included. The workflow includes:

Injection Molding → Debinding → Sintering → Sizing → Mirror Polishing → Spot Painting → Final Inspection
