Manufacturing Process Overview

The component is produced through MIM, followed by debinding, sintering, sizing, and heat treatment. Surface remains as-sintered for functional consistency, without additional coating or polishing.

Injection Molding → Debinding → Sintering → Sizing → Heat Treatment → Final Inspection

Applications

  • Surgical Instrument Handles
  • Medical Clamp or Gripper Frames
  • Manual Surgical Mechanisms
  • Stainless Medical Assemblies
